Within the EMEA Sales & Services organization, the candidate will be part of a Sub-Region Customer Support team.
He/She will participate in Head-End systems deployments, provide remote and on-site technical support, including on call rota for 24×7 emergency support. He/She will play a key role in the fulfillment of Service Level Agreement commitments.
The candidate will also be involved in pre-Sales efforts for the sales territory: demos, customer visits and CRM knowledge base.
The candidate shall:
– Have a real interest in serving customers and contributing to services development
– Have a proven experience in networking systems hardware & software analysis; and a proven record in broadcast, communication, Telco or any similar environment.
BSEE/BSCS or equivalent education.
>3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
Native or fluent in speaking and written English is mandatory, knowledge in French can help.

Expected expertise in at least three of the following areas:
IP networks technologies
Digital television broadcasting
WebTV and OTT
Servers and IT technologies
Familiar with SFDC CRM is a plus
