Since 2016, ISIS Logiciels et Systèmes has supported 21net on a large-scale project entrusted by a major rail operator.

Philippe Catherine, CEO of 21net, gives us his feedback after several years of collaboration with our teams.

1. Can you tell us what led you to call on ILS Technologies services?

We called on ILS Technologies for a very large project entrusted by a large French rail operator.

Faced with the signing of this major project and the timetables that we had to respect, we had to find additional and competent resources quickly. We therefore consulted a number of companies that could meet our needs.

2. Why did you decide to collaborate with ILS Technologies?

We quickly chose ILS Technologies for two main reasons:

Significant experience and skills in the field of Telecommunications.
But also the flexibility of the teams who were quickly able to understand our needs.
After only a few interviews, we received very targeted applications. Contracting was extremely easy and our contacts were always very responsive. For our part, we had no time to waste, nor administrative resources available to manage these matters, which is why we appreciated this responsiveness, and ability to make things easy on ILS’s part.

3. Throughout the mission, how were the ILS teams able to respond favorably to your needs?

ILS consultants quickly integrated our teams. They proved to be quite adaptable and quickly knew how to interact with our client, who no longer made any difference between our employees and our subcontractors. This is a really good point!

4. Have you encountered any difficulties? How did the ILS teams support you?

Whenever we had questions, or even encountered difficulties, ILS management was always on hand to discuss and find solutions quickly.

It only happened once, but when it was needed we managed, together, to replace a consultant who was unable to perform the tasks requested.

We can only congratulate ourselves on our collaboration with ILS Technologies.

5. If you had to sum up your experience with ILS Technologies in 3 words?

I would definitely say efficiency, flexibility and adaptability.

Flexibility is what we expect from a company that offers us the service of its consultants, but we can speak more generally of professionalism because it covers all these points.

To conclude, it was a great experience and we are particularly satisfied for all the reasons I have just mentioned.
